I am an out of town investor, and all I have to do is give Stephanie the keys and watch her work through videos and dropbox pictures she sends. Syntreme is a trustworthy company that has hand thousands of our company’s funds and has made outstanding decisions resulting in time and money saved. I've had a really great experience with Syntreme. Not quite done, as we may have another phase or two of repairs and renovations, but we got the first phase done and they were awesome. They are very good at communicating and responding, they are very thorough and detailed in their review and assessment of the property or project, they are fair in their recommendations and pricing, and they do really good work.

Stephanie was great to work with. She took our space and our dreams and made it a reality. No renovation ever goes as planned and she often collaborated with us to work through those issues. We have 2 awesome bathrooms as a result that adds value and pleasure to our space. Recommend!

Stephanie and her crew did an Amazing Job in building my new deck with sun-room! She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with assisting with the insurance claim with providing detail numbers the claim adjuster needed. They go done with the project way ahead of schedule which was awesome! When problems were discovered she made me aware and showed me the issue before doing any additional work which I appreciate show, so it would never appear that things were being add to the project for no reason. After the project was completed she made sure that our property was cleaned and that we were completely satisfied. I would defiantly recommend this company!

Look no further! Syntreme rebuilt the majority of our home after the Dec 10 2023 tornado that uprooted a giant pine tree and slammed it into our home. Luckily no one was injured. After meeting with a few contractors which caused headaches with our State Farm insurance, we met Stephanie at Syntreme (thanks to a Google search). From the very beginning, she was honest and upfront with us. She knew how to handle insurance companies, mortgage companies, and all the inspections. She wants to do great work because she cares about her reputation, and her customer service shows this as well. Stephanie was always in-touch with us about the status of her work and our home. She took great care in the details, as well. When the job was finished, she stayed in touch to make sure everything was okay and that anything that popped up along the way would be taken care of. Through this entire catastrophe, Stephanie was our rock. She was the one who cared enough to pour her heart out into this project. State Farm could not have cared less and they showed that to us. Stephanie was our “good neighbor.” Syntreme stitched our lives back together. We could not have asked for a better contractor. Thank you so much, Stephanie!
